Includes:

• Mowing to a Resonable height (4.5 inches or lower, depending on current length and desired results)
• Boarder Trimming (weed-wacking) around House, Driveway, Planters, and Trees
• blowing – Decks, steps, driveways, and other obviously used areas

Additional acreage starting at $25 per additional half acre.

• Mowing to Desired height (Depending on service frequency, bi-weekly or less may require max deck height length)

• blowing – Decks, steps, Paths, driveways, and other obviously used areas

ON-DEMAND PRICING:
Accurately pricing sight unseen is difficult as we cannot predict obstacles, elevation changes, areas inaccessible by ride-on mower, or excessive length. In some cases it may be necessary for us to adjust our total price if we have to spend significant extra time due avoiding obstacles like fallen trees/branches, additional passes due to starting length and desired final height, other unforeseeable issues. We will do our best to avoid additional charges and will inform in advance when possible.

ROUTINE MAINTANENCE:
Pricing will be determined based on yard size, obstacles, elevation changes i.e. hills, dips and undulations, ride-on mower accessibility and desired service frequency.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL:
Our pricing typically includes travel but if your property is outside of the Lancaster service area or requires significant extra travel time / difficulty we may charge an additional travel fee. We will do our best to announce the adjusted price including additional travel fee in advance whenever possible.

PRE MOW YARD CLEAN-UP:
It is not the responsibility of Simple Lawn Cutting to remove debris or belongings from the yard including branches, fallen trees, loose toys, clothing, towels/blankets, or anything else that may have entered the lawn area whether visible or not visible. At our own discretion we may choose to remove item of small quantity if possible and timely. Otherwise we will avoid or otherwise go around items that are visible. Simple Lawn Mowing is not responsible for any items that become damaged during service. Please make sure your Lawn is picked up before we arrive to avoid additional charges or damage to belongings.
